Summer Camps Registration

RHS Speed & Strength

RHS Speed & Strength: Grades 9-12

This 7-week course is designed for the competitive high school athlete. Participants will spend one hour in the weight room doing total body workouts and one hour working on speed, agility, and/or sport-specific work.

  • June 10-August 1 (No Class June 19 & July 1-4)
  • 8:00-10:00am - Monday-Thursday

RHS Rogers Royals Football Camp

RHS Football Camp (Grades 9-12): 

Gear up and get game-ready with this padded 4-day camp emphasizing proper football fundamentals.  You will be issued equipment (helmets, shoulder pads, etc.). Final day culminates in a scrimmage against Zimmerman High School.

RHS 7-on-7 League

Rogers 7-on-7 Passing League: Grades 10-12

This 7-on-7 high school passing league will be competing against other area high schools. This is a touch football league; no equipment required. Game schedule will be posted at a later date.

  • 6:00-8:00pm

Southwest Minnesota Team Camp

Grades 10-12

The Rogers Royals varsity team is invited to attend the Southwest Minnesota Team Camp. The camp will be held July 24-26. Camp Fee $212 (register online) + $80 Bus Fee (make checks payable to Rogers QB Club)

Note: Do NOT rent equipment from the camp, it will be provided by RHS. 


Rogers Youth Camps

All Registrations are based on Grade you will be in the Fall. 

Rogers Football Intro Speed & Strength: Grades 6-8

Shape up with this 3-week course designed for football players (but open to all interested athletes) entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in the fall. Split your time between the weight room and working on speed, agility, and football skills.

  • June 10-June 27 (No Class June 19)
  • 10:00-11:30am

Rogers Football 7-on7 Camp: Grades 6-8

This is a no-pads and no-contact three-day introduction to 7-on-7 passing competition. All participants (including lineman) will practice passing, catching, and running with the ball, commonly done in 7-on-7 passing games/leagues.

Rogers Youth Camp: Grades 1-6

Are you ready for some football? This is a no-pads and no-contact three-day football camp focusing on the fundamentals of position-specific skills that include passing, catching, punting, and kicking.
