FALL FOOTBALL REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BY 8/11, INCLUDING HEALTH PHYSICAL FORMS, TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.

2. Physical: Updated physicals are required every 3 years or as stated by physician. Physicals must be current for the entire season. Your student’s physical date on record can be verified in Parent Portal under the Health tab. MSHSL Sport Physical Form HERE
3. NO PRACTICE until all forms are complete and fees paid.  All forms and physicals are due 5 business days before the first practice.

Parents are asked to become members of the Booster Club with a $100 donation per player at the start of the season.  The expectation is for all families to become members as this helps cover the costs of the football program including but not limited to Coach Salaries (6.5), Post-Game Meals, Team Events, equipment, etc. If you are not able to pay the fee, please reach out because we still want everyone to join.
